Got 58k HP on her, so those big heals (even if frozen or stunned), basically full heal my nukers and give Arbiter a big bump back up.īe careful of teams with Rae on them. Mine hangs around 20% HP most of the fight with Arbiter topping up. I could only push 205 speed on mine as don't have the best gear for her, but I'm aiming to max her speed so I can freely melt Tormin teams without hindrance. Get her speed up and then HP but don't forget defence or she'll melt on the first hit and although she'll revive, you'll have missed a turn. Made it just outside of platinum yesterday (4200) points with that combo and stacked nuke or snipers. I combo her with Arbiter to speed nuke against tormin teams in arena. I built mine with an Immunity set which enables her to get the A2 off immediately with no fear or speed debuff from the passive. If you only need the revive on death from him and a cleanse with massive healing is more helpful then yes.
